1. Scope

These terms govern use of Swedish Knickers by collectors (buyers) and sellers. By creating an account you accept them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your country.

3. Accounts

Keep your login secure. One person per account; information must be truthful. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

4. Collectors

• Memberships are prepaid for the period shown and give access to the listed features.
• Purchases are contracts between you and the seller; the platform facilitates payment.
• Due to the hygienic nature of the goods, worn items cannot be returned once shipped, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

5. Sellers

• You must own the items you list and every photo you upload, and appear only with your own consent.
• Listings must be accurate. Illegal content, minors, or non-consensual material are strictly forbidden.
• The platform deducts the commission shown in your dashboard from each sale before payout.
• You are responsible for your own taxes.

6. Prohibited conduct

Harassment, fraud, off-platform payment requests, sharing others' content, and any illegal activity.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, only for breach of essential obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms with notice. The law of the operator's country applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country.
